You know that feeling.
You hear a new noise in the engine, and your first thought isn’t about the problem, it’s about the potential repair bill and the hassle of dealing with a shop.
So many of us have become “gun-shy” about boat repairs, and for good reason. We’ve been left in the dark, confused by jargon, and surprised by the final invoice.
We started this business with a simple promise to our community: complete transparency.
Our Promise: No Work Without Your Go-Ahead
We’ve built our entire shop around one core belief: You should never have to wonder what’s happening with your boat. You should be in control every step of the way.
That’s why we created our Diagnostic & Consultation Process. It’s the cornerstone of how we do business.
Here’s how it works:
- The Assessment: It all starts with a flat-fee $165 Diagnostic Assessment. An expert mechanic will perform a comprehensive evaluation to get to the true root of the issue.
- The Consultation Call: Next, a service manager (usually me) gives you a call. We explain what we found in simple, easy-to-understand terms. We’ll give you a clear, itemized quote and discuss your options.
- The Approval: This is the most important step. We will not begin any work until you give us your explicit approval. There are no surprises and no unexpected charges—ever.
A Risk-Free First Step
We want you to feel confident from the start. That’s why the $165 diagnostic fee is 100% applicable to your final repair cost. It’s not an extra charge; it’s an investment in a clear, honest answer.
This is more than just a business to us. It’s our name and our promise. We’re a family-run shop dedicated to providing honest work from our family to yours. Stop by or give us a call—we look forward to showing you the difference.
